decent location on first stop, pleasant staff, everything was great. location: the hotel was right by stores restaurants as well as pigeon forge. i tried some drinks at bar harrison's restaurants, located 5 minutes walk away.

When I checked in, the front desk made it sound like a real favor to have a room available, even though we booked ahead. Upon unpacking, the room had several issues, mildew odors, holes in the bedding, and an overwhelming presence of mold in the bathroom. When I brought it up, I was met with an apathetic 'I'll just give you a refund.

The stay was decent for a short transit. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the area around the hotel had lots of great food options nearby, including some local eateries worth checking out. The room had some maintenance issues that needed addressing, like the toilet paper holder being loose and a slight smoke odor lingering in a supposedly non-smoking room.

Upon arrival, I noticed a distinct odor in the hallway. My room had a musty smell. I encountered maintenance issues. The air conditioner was either too cold or non-functional, and the bathroom had some cleanliness concerns. I left feeling disappointed rather than refreshed.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible dust on surfaces and some maintenance issues that needed attention.
